Martin Clayton

Martin is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner with over 25 years experience in the minerals and waste sectors. Following graduation, he initially worked in the oil industry as a Survey Engineer before moving into the public sector as a Senior Mineral Planner, joining Hampshire County Council in 1985. In 1987 he joined ARC, where he worked as a Senior Estates Surveyor. Martin joined Evered in 1990 and was appointed as national Head of Planning, Estates and Geology in 1997 (Aggregate Industries) also advising on projects in Norway and the US. In 1999 Martin moved into consultancy before joining Geoplan as a Director in 2004.
